Does Sterling Silver Tarnish?

Yes, sterling silver does tarnish. This is a natural reaction the metal has with chemicals in the air. Frequent light polishing with a polishing cloth designed for sterling silver will help minimize tarnish. Items plated with 14K gold, rhodium, or ruthenium (gunmetal) are extremely tarnish resistant.

Ordering

When will my order ship?

Orders are normally shipped the business day after they are placed with us. UPS Overnight orders placed by Noon Central Time Monday – Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer both UPS and USPS Priority Mail Services for shipping at the following rates:

Continental U.S. USPS 3-Day Priority Mail $7.66, Alaska & Hawaii $7.66

Continental U.S. UPS Ground $8.95, Alaska & Hawaii $19.95

Continental U.S. UPS 2-Day Air $10.95, Alaska & Hawaii $31.95

Continental U.S. UPS Priority Overnight $24.95

• How do I place an order?

When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles to allow you to customize these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the “Add To Cart” button to add the item to your shopping bag. The item will be added to your bag, and you may continue shopping.

You may view your shopping bag at any time buy clicking on or hovering over the shopping bag icon located at the top of each page or by clicking the “Checkout” link located on the top of each page. When you view your bag you can change product amounts or remove products.

When you are completely satisfied with your order click “Proceed to Checkout”. This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details.

• How do I redeem a Promotion Code?
On the cart page or at step 1 of the checkout process, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box for “Promotion Code”. Continue checking out by clicking “Continue Checkout”. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page.
• How Are Promotion Codes Applied?
Discounts apply to merchandise at retail dollar value only and do not apply to shipping, fees, taxes, or other non-merchandise charges and cannot be combined with any other offer. Favorite item discount applies to highest regular priced single item in the shopping cart.
• Can I place an order over the telephone?

What credit cards do you accept?
We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All Credit Card information is processed through our secure server. We offer Stripe for credit cards, JCB, and Diners Club cards and Apple Pay for credit and debit cards. Apple Pay works with iPhone 6 and later, iPhone SE, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, and iPad mini 3 and later. You can also use Apple Pay in Safari on any Mac introduced in or after 2012 running macOS Sierra, and confirm the payment with iPhone 6 or later, Apple Watch, or even with Touch ID on the new MacBook Pro.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, you can pay with your PayPal account. If you choose this payment method you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process to complete your payment. PayPal is a secure online payment processor that accepts all major credit cards. For more information, visit Paypal.com.
Will tax be charged on my order?
Yes, a 6.25% Tax Rate.
Do you ship internationally?
No.
Can I order custom jewelry engraving?

Yes, three-letter initial monograms are traditionally engraved with the initial of the last name as the larger center letter. Be sure to enter the letters in the order you wish them to appear on the piece.Choose from several attractive fonts:

Can I order custom engraving on wedding products?
Yes, prices will vary from product to product.

How secure is your website?

Your need for privacy is a priority. Because of this, we have taken the appropriate measures to secure all confidential information provided when making purchases. SSL (Secure Socket Layers) is used to safeguard against hacker intrusion. Any information provided for the purpose of processing an online order remains private and will never be sold to outside parties.

Jewelry Returns:

What is your return policy?

We are happy to replace a defective item or refund your purchase price within 30 days from the date of your order. Please call us at 618.731.6387. Claims for missing merchandise must be made within 10 days.

If I haven’t received my order or my order arrives damaged what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your package does not arrive when it should have (based on your shipping method choice) or arrives damaged by the carrier. We’ll be happy to track it and help you with the delivery problem.

Engraved items are NOT returnable.

Wedding Products:

What We Don’t Offer Returns On

Due to the nature of the following products we don’t offer refunds on any of the following*:

  • opened products
  • food or candy items
  • colored decorations such as pom poms, candles, ect…
  • custom ordered items that have been personalized specifically for you
  • Finally, due to the heat of the summer, any candle orders that have shipped via ground mail in the summer months (May 1st – September 1st) are not eligible for refunds

 

*Sometimes accidents can happen. While we don’t normally offer refunds on the listed items, if your order has a damaged item, please contact us. Candles shipped ground mail in the listed months are not applicable.
